Nov 24 – One more offence of chain snatching has been registered against 36-year-old Deepraj Mulvi from Old Goa who was arrested by police last week in another chain snatching case. Mulvi allegedly stole a gold chain worth Rs 1.12 lakh from a Tamil Nadu tourist in October this year. As per the victim J Manikandan from Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, the accused came on a scooter and snatched his chain while he was walking on the road at Naikawaddo, Calangute.
