Digital Goa, Sept 1 – BJP today denied allegations of AAP Goa chief Amit Palekar that he was threaten to join BJP. Police are given free hand and they will not arrest anyone without evidence, said BJP Spokesperson. Palekar had yesterday charged that he was arrested because he refused to join BJP. BJP spokesperson said that Palekar’s statement is just to gain political mileage. Meanwhile, AAP spokesperson has charged that the govt is trying to make Amit Palekar a scapegoat. “Police are acting at the behest of political masters while protecting the main accused in the case”.
