Digital Goa, August 7 – The Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP) has issued a notice directing the property owners concerned to deposit ₹20.46 lakh within 15 days towards the cost incurred for carrying out a demolition ordered by the High Court. The recovery pertains to demolition action undertaken by the Corporation in compliance with the High Court’s order dated December 27, 2023. The Corporation has warned of initiating recovery proceedings if the amount is not deposited within the stipulated period.
