Digital Goa, Dec 25 – A chain snatcher targeted a woman shopkeeper at PDF Colony, Saligao. The accused entered the shop on the pretext of making a purchase and waited for an opportunity. When the shopkeeper turned towards the fridge and opened it, the man suddenly snatched the gold chain from her neck, pushed her to the ground, and fled from the scene. The entire incident was captured on CCTV camera. Police have begun an investigation and are examining the CCTV footage to identify and trace the accused.
