Chaos at Diwar Ferry Ramp in Ribandar as the Old Goa–Diwar ferry service is suspended for repair work. Traffic on the Panaji–Ponda highway has been disrupted due to serpentine queues of cars waiting for the ferry on the narrow road. Most ferries are filled with two-wheelers during peak hours, leaving four-wheeler drivers stranded.
