Digital Goa, July 5- Goa govt today announced Rs 5 lakh award and govt job to all the gold medal winners of special Olympics which was held in Berlin, Germany last month, announced CM Pramod Sawant today. The silver medal winners will be awarded Rs 3 lakh while all bronze medal winners will be awarded Rs one lakh each. Goan athletes won in all 19 medals – 9 gold, 5 silver and 5 bronze in the 2023 Special Olympics World Summer Games held at Berlin from June 17 to 25. A special felicitation program has held for the Goa contingent today.
