Digital Goa, July 25 – Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said the government is considering introducing pre-marriage counselling as one of the methods to reduce divorces and marital disputes in Goa. This is the need of the hour, he said in the Assembly, pointing out that earlier too such concept was mulled but could not be taken forward due to various reasons.
