Congress files complaint with Goa police and Election Commission against Tanavade for ‘interpolating’ Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Shakti’ remark

Digital Goa, Mar 21 – Goa Congress has filed a complaint with Goa Police and Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) -Goa against BJP State President Sadanand Shet Tanavade alleging that he has ‘mischievously, deliberately and intentionally’ interpolated Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s statements tagging them as sinister motive remarks. Congress has alleged that Tanavade has violated the Model Code of Conduct and also committed a criminal offence. Congress said that the complaint has also been sent to Chief Election Commissioner, New Delhi.
