Digital Goa, Mar 6 – A person from Belgaum identified as Sameer Patil has been arrested by police in the hit-and-run accident at Sakhali. A 27-year-old two-wheeler rider Adarsh Murgod who is also from Belgaum had lost his life in the accident. Patil who was driving a Goa registered car had hit Adarsh’s bike and fled from the scene. Bicholim police managed to trace and arrest him.
