Digital Goa, Nov 27 – Department of Civil Supplies has warned ration card holders of deleting their names from beneficiary database if they fail to link their Aadhar card with ration card by December 22. The department has already shared the data of non-seeded Aadhar beneficiaries with their respective FPS dealers and with village panchayats. The process of linking Aadhar card to any scheme, card or service is referred to as Aadhar seeding. All the non-seeded Aadhar Ration Card beneficiaries have to get their Aadhar seeding done by visiting Taluka Civil Supplies Office by December 22. If they fail to do so their names will be temporary deleted from the ration card database. The deleted names would not be allowed to be retrieved unless application specifying genuine reasons along with Aadhar Card is submitted to respective Taluka Civil Supplies Office, states the release by the dept.
