Digital Goa, Mar 5- Goa govt has placed special emphasis on empowering women entrepreneurs, with 30% of small plots in industrial estates reserved for women, said Industries Minister Mauvin Godinho. Speaking at the national MSME workshop, Godinho said that the government remains committed to fostering an environment that enables businesses to scale effectively. Key policies, including Industrial, Logistics & Warehousing, and IDC reforms, have been introduced to simplify processes and enhance transparency, he added.
