Digital Goa, June 23 – A gold chain snatcher who used to target elderly women in South Goa was nabbed by Verna police today. The man identified as Umesh Chavan is a native of Sawantwadi but is presently residing at Navelim. Chavan has been arrested in chain snatching case at Chinchinim, Cucolim, however Police suspect his involvement in several other simialr cases in South Goa.
