Digital Goa, Sept 9 – High Court has directed Yaniv Benaim alias Atala to surrender on or before September 16 after being informed that he had not surrendered despite cancellation of his bail.The court noted that his bail was cancelled by an order dated August 14 and a non-bailable warrant had subsequently been issued against him. Court adjourned the criminal writ petition to September 21.
