Digital Goa, Nov 16 – IAS officer Nikhil Desai has issued a legal notice to cash-for-job scam accused Pooja Naik for alleged criminal defamation and civil damages. The defamation notice, issued through his lawyer, states that Pooja has made “false, fabricated, baseless and malicious allegations” accusing Desai of involvement in the cash-for-job scam. He has sought ₹17 crore in damages from Pooja Naik.
