Dec 16- Congress leader Sunil Kawthankar who released the video of fugitive Suleiman alias Siddiqui Khan to the media yesterday night has been asked to remain present for investigation at the Old Goa Police Station tomorrow morning. A notice under section 179 of BNSS has been issued to Kauthankar by Old Goa Police station. Crime Branch Police Station, Ribandar Head Constable has filed a complaint in this regards. Section 179 of the BNSS of 2023 gives police officers the power to require the attendance of anyone who appears to be familiar with the facts of a case.
