Digital Goa, July 14 – A jewellery shop in Margao was allegedly cheated of ₹3.56 lakh by Aditya Gaikwad, who reportedly used a fake NEFT payment confirmation to purchase a gold chain. According to the complainant, Preetam Bandodkar, the accused took away a gold chain worth ₹3.56 lakh after showing a fake NEFT transaction confirmation, thereby cheating the jewellery shop. An FIR has been registered against the accused.
