Digital Goa, July 18 –Porvorim police along with Calangute Police Station conducted inspection of 5 massage parlors and wellness centers in Calangute PS jurisdiction. Staff at four of the 5 centers i.e. Leline Exotic Center at Tittos lane, SOI Thai, Nr. Snow Park, Buddha Spa at Bharat Junction, Ayurvedic Massage Treatment Centre Nr. PHC Candolim could not produce requisite documents for operating Spa & wellness centers, however they produced provisional certificates and informed that their licenses were in process, informed police. The owners were instructed to shut down operations in absence of valid licenses, police added. Meanwhile, some locals also closed down a spa at Calangute today evening alleging that it was operating without valid permissions from appropriate authorities.
