Digital Goa,July 23 – Call received by Mumbai police claiming that RDX laden tanker was on its way from Gujarat to Goa turned out to be a hoax. Goa police machinery was alerted about the call late at night yesterday. In view of the call, security at Goa borders was tightened as part of protocol. However, the tanker mentioned by the caller was intervened and seized by Ratnagiri police in the wee hours today morning. However, no suspicious contents were found in the tanker. Ratnagiri police are investigating the matter. Incidentally, as per reports, this is the third hoax call received by Mumbai police informing of terror attack.
