Digital Goa, June 17 – Mining company Vedanta today said that they will offer employment to Sesa Mining Corporation Limited (SMCL) workers at Bicholim mineral block and also ensures benefits of continuity of service. Vedanta Limited has been declared as the preferred bidder in the recently concluded auction for the Bicholim mineral block in Goa, which was erstwhile operated by SMLC. Vedanta said that they provide employment opportunities and also ensure continuity of service and protection of salaries to the affected workforce at Vedanta Limited’s Bicholim Mineral block who choose to accept the employment terms offered by the company.
