Oct 10 – Those who have not submitted their tenant verification forms as yet can do so within the next 4 to 5 days, informed CM Pramod Sawant. Govt had earlier announced Oct 10 as the last date for submitting the tenant verification data. “If not already done, people can submit the verification forms along with the IDs within next 4 to 5 days. Police will co-operate and support,” he said. He also asserted that the verification forms and submission is free. CM warned that fines will be imposed by police on those who still refrain to comply with theTenant Verification Bill. Tenants have been involved in all types of crimes in the past, he said adding that the verification is for the benefit of the people.
