Digital Goa, Feb 23 – Yellow Black Taxis and Tourist Taxis who have installed Digital Fare Meter within six months from the date specified in the public notice i.e. from 27/05/2021 to 26/11/2021 have been asked by the Transport Dept to submit their claims for reimbursement of Cost of Digital fare Meter on or before 28/02/2023. “Kindly note that claims received after 28/02/2023 will not be entertained,” states the public notice issued by the Dept. The reimbursement will be given under the scheme “The Goa State Public Reimbursement of Cost of Digital Fare Meter 2021″, which is valid for the period of 2 years i.e financial year 2021-22, 2022-23. The owners who have carried out fitment of digital fare meter within six months from the date specified in the public notice i.e. from 27/05/2021 to 26/11/2021 are entitled for reimbursement of cost of digital fare meter.
