Digital Goa, Oct 23 – The Town and Country Planning (TCP) Department has notified the final conversion of 94,542 sq. metres of land from four properties located in the villages of Sancoale, Arvalem, and Mandrem. The land has been converted to settlement and transport/warehousing & communication zones under the provisions of Section 39A of the TCP Act. The notification further states that the alteration and modification of the Regional Plan and the ODP, as approved, shall remain subject to the outcome of the pending PIL Writ Petition in the High Court.
