Digital Goa, Nov 17 – Two West Bengal natives have been arrested by police for stealing mobile and laptops worth Rs 4 lakh from a villa at Calangute. The accused are identified as 22-year-old Afchhar Ali and 24-year-old Mochhabar Ali.
