Digital Goa, Nov 20 – Govt is working towards making Goa the hub of film making and we believe that International Film Festival of India(IFFI) will help in promoting Goa as a film friendly destination, said CM Pramod Sawant at the inaugural of the 54th edition of the festival. IFFI is World’s 14th biggest International Film Competition and Goa has been hosting the festival since 2004, he added. Sawant also announced that Film City will be set up in Goa in fast track and time bound manner. Speaking at the sideline of the event, CM said he was hopeful that Ease of Doing Business(EoDB) offered through ESG’s Single window clearance will attract international film makers to the state. He also said that efforts will be made to complete Film City project in 2 to 3 years.
