Digital Goa, Mar 18 – CM Pramod Sawant met Union Minister for Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw, to discuss key railway projects in the state. The discussions focused on expanding railway services, introducing fast trains along the Pernem-Canacona corridor, and developing Maem Railway Station. Sawant also deliberated on the upgradation of Margao Railway Station through the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, along with other critical infrastructure improvements to enhance railway connectivity in Goa.
