Digital Goa, April 23 – High Court has directed the Goa State Election Commission (GSEC) to adjudicate on the disqualification petition against 11 panchayat members of the St Lawrence Village Panchayat on its merits and as expeditiously as possible, informed petitioners counsel Hrudaynath Shirodkar. This directive comes after the GSEC previously dismissed a related disqualification petition, citing a lack of jurisdiction.
