Digital Goa, May 15- The Goa government has extended the State Sector Scheme “Assistance towards Sugarcane Supplied by the Sugarcane Growers” for two more years — 2025-26 and 2026-27. The scheme provides financial assistance to sugarcane farmers based on the Fair & Remunerative Price (FRP) set by the National Federation of Co-operative Sugar Factories. Eligible farmers must hold a valid Krishi Card and deliver their produce to the Sanjivani Sugar Factory at Dharbandora.
