Digital Goa, June 2- The BJP state unit has placed the matter of alleged action against Govind Gaude in the hands of the party’s high command. Speaking to the media this afternoon, BJP State President Damu Naik said that he had finally managed to meet Govind Gaude to hear his side of the story. He stated that a report of their meeting has been sent to the Delhi high command, and any decision will be taken by them. Naik clarified that there was no discussion on the Govind Gaude issue during his recent visit to Delhi. “I attended a meeting related to organising programmes across India to commemorate Prime Minister Modi’s completion of 11 years in office,” he said. There has been speculation in some sections of the media about the possible removal of Govind Gaude from the cabinet following his remarks on corruption in the Tribal Welfare Department.
