Digital Goa, June 2- Five persons from Rajasthan have been arrested by Colva police for allegedly illegally refilling LPG cylinders without a license, and authorisation at a scrapyard in Seraulim. The accused are identified as Rakesh Kumar (26), Pradeep (20), Banvarlal (25), Manphool Bishnoi, and Kamal Maanzu (19). Police raided the scrapyard and apprehended the accused. The illegal activity posed a safety hazard to the locality.
