Digital Goa, June 5 – All buildings in Goa with high FSI will be required to mandatorily adopt the Vertical Forest concept, informed Town and Country Planning (TCP) Minister. Occupancy Certificates will be issued to such buildings only upon full compliance with the upcoming Vertical Forest guidelines, which are expected to be officially notified soon, he added.
