Digital Goa, June 24 – Another cannabis (ganja) plant was discovered in the roadside wedges of Smart City Panaji. The banned plant was found among ornamental plants along the Smart City roads. It was immediately confiscated by the police, and further investigation is underway. A few similar plants had been discovered earlier in Smart City Panaji.
