Digital Goa, July 3 – Directorate of Education, Goa, has declared a holiday for all schools across the state on Friday, July 4, 2025, in view of the heavy to extremely heavy rainfall forecast issued by the IMD. Incidentally, IMD has issued orange alert for today and tomorrow. The holiday applies to both students and teachers. However, teachers deputed for training are required to attend their training sessions as scheduled. Students have been advised to stay indoors and avoid flooded areas, riversides, and other hazardous locations to ensure their safety during the adverse weather conditions.
