High Court has given a final six-week deadline to Panchayats and Municipalities to file reports on illegal constructions: AG Pangam

Digital Goa, 9 July – High Court has granted a final extension of six weeks to Panchayats and Municipalities to submit compliance reports on the action taken against illegal constructions, Advocate General Devidas Pangam informed. He said the court has made it clear that this is the last opportunity for the local bodies to file their reports. “The court has said that this is the final opportunity to file the compliance report,” he stated. The matter is now posted for hearing on August 18.
