Digital Goa, July 31 – Goa government has notified the conversion of 61,264 sq mtr of land to the settlement zone under Section 39A of the TCP Act. The lands are located in the villages of Usgao-Ponda, Thivim (50,000 sq mtr), Camurlim, Pernem, and Saligao. The notification states that the conversions are subject to the outcome of a pending PIL before the High Court.
