Digital Goa, September 1 – A hit-and-run accident at Benaulim on August 31 left one dead and two injured. The deceased is identified as Raj Veer. Police said complainant Kakul Kumar, a native of Uttar Pradesh residing in Carmona, was riding a scooter triple seat, with pillion riders Raj Veer, a native of Uttarakhand residing in Carmona, and Harikishan Maithani, a native of Uttarakhand residing in Varca, when their vehicle was hit by an unknown car. All sustained serious injuries, and Raj Veer later succumbed at GMC Bambolim.
