Digital Goa, Sept 17 – Vasco Police have arrested two men from Nagpur, Maharashtra — Rajesh Bhat and Dilip Kumar — for allegedly committing theft of mobile phones and laptops of various companies. Police seized 28 mobile phones and 4 laptops found in the possession of the accused. Both were remanded to three days’ police custody.
