Digital Goa, October 6, 2025 – During the extended Dussehra weekend, Drishti Marine lifesavers rescued nine beachgoers, including five foreigners, across Goa’s coastline. Lifesavers responded to swimmers caught in rip currents at Cavelossim, Anjuna, Mandrem, Keri, Morjim, and Arambol beaches, bringing them safely ashore. In addition, a 30-year-old woman at Mobor was treated for a stingray injury.
