Digital Goa, Oct 9 – The Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) seized drugs worth Rs 2.32 crore in a major raid at Oxel-Siolim. Chigozie Innocent Nzedigwe (24), a Nigerian national, has been arrested for alleged illegal possession of narcotic drugs. Authorities recovered 1.1623 kg of cocaine valued at approximately ₹2.32 crore and 106.2 grams of ecstasy powder worth around ₹21.24 lakh, bringing the total estimated value of the seizure to ₹2.53 crore. Nzedigwe had previously been arrested by the ANC in October 2024 in a similar case.
