Digital Goa, October 14 – The Goa government has extended the Non-Productivity Linked Bonus (ad-hoc bonus) to eligible state employees for 2024-25. The scheme covers Group ‘C’ and non-gazetted Group ‘B’ employees, excluding those with a Grade Pay of ₹4,600 and above (presently in level 7 of Pay Matrix of Seventh Pay Commission) as on 1st April, 2025. The bonus will be disbursed via e-payment by October 20, 2025. It also applies to autonomous bodies funded by the state that follow the same pay pattern and have no separate bonus scheme.
