Digital Goa, Nov 4 – Crime Branch sleuths today informed that the godown raided at Dhawshire, Tisk,Usgao was a spurious liquor bottling and distribution unit. Forged labels and multiple vehicle number plates from different states were being used to transport illicit liquor from here, they added. During the raid, officers seized adulterated liquor, fake labels, rubber stamps, 29 forged number plates, invoices, mobile phones, printers etc and 2 trucks— all valued at around ₹1.5 crore. Four labourers — Govind Singh Rajput (24), Mukesh Adiwasi (50), Mahendra Singh Rajput (28) and Prakash Meena (28) — all originally from Rajasthan and Gujarat, were arrested at the site.
