Digital Goa, Nov 6 – Water Resources Department (WRD) pipeline carrying raw water from the Tillari canal to the Porvorim plant burst along the NH-66 stretch near Guirim–Porvorim during ongoing work by a contractor early this morning. The rupture led to thousands of gallons of water gushing out, flooding the area before the flow was brought under control.
