Digital Goa, Nov 11 – Colvale Police have booked 35-year-old Ritesh Shirgaonkar of Shirgao for rash and negligent driving under the influence of alcohol after his car plunged into a canal at Kailas Nagar, Assonora, killing the passenger in the ill fated car Dipesh Mandrekar (41). The incident occurred on November 9 evening.
