Job aspirants seeking CM’s help to refund money in cash-for govt job scam asked to file police complaint

Digital Goa, November 16 – CM Pramod Sawant today advised government job aspirants, who allegedly paid money to Pooja Naik for jobs, to formally lodge complaints against her at the nearest police station. Calling her recent statements “all lies,” Sawant, who also holds the Home portfolio, told the group that without evidence, their claims would not stand as they had given money in cash and there were no records. “Go to the nearest police station and file a complaint. There is no other alternative,” the CM reportedly told the aspirants during the meeting. “What she is speaking now are all lies,” he alleged. “CM has told us to file complaint against her. He also told us that you’ll need to have some evidence that you’ll have given money to her,” one of the job aspirant told media personnel.
