Digital Goa, Nov 21 – A car driver had a narrow escape after his vehicle plunged into a ditch at the under-construction flyover site in Chimbel last night. The car was trapped in the ditch in a precarious position, and emergency services had a tough time rescuing the driver. The driver escaped without any major injuries; however, the car suffered substantial damage.
