Digital Goa, November 27 – The High Court of Bombay at Goa on Thursday dismissed two petitions challenging the reservation process for the upcoming Zilla Parishad elections. With the legal hurdle cleared, the elections scheduled for December 20 are now likely to proceed as planned. The State Election Commission is expected to announce the election schedule and enforce the model code of conduct by the end of this month or early next month, depending on its discretion
