Digital Goa, December 12 – Mandrem Police have registered a case against 39-year-old Russian national Volodin Aleksei for staying illegally in India. Aleksei, residing in Mandrem , was traced during patrolling near Cottage Super Market, Morjim Dec 9. He was found in violation of the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025, due to an invalid visa and passport. The accused is also linked to prior offences under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 and the Motor Vehicles Act.
