Digital Goa, June 21 – Retired senior govt officer and Former director of animal husbandry and veterinary services P K PAtidar has been convicted by Panaji Special Court in bribe case of 2010. In 2010, ACB had nabbed Patidar, while accepting a bribe of Rs15,000 from a person in his office. ACB had received a complaint from a supplier of dry grass, which is used as fodder for cattle. The complainant had said that Patidar had sought the bribe to clear the payment cheque of Rs22 lakh. He has been sentenced to one year jail and Rs 35,000 fine.
