Digital Goa, Feb 16 – The State Election Commission has announced by-elections to 14 wards of various village panchayats across Goa. Polling will be held on March 8, while counting of votes and declaration of results will take place on March 9. The by-elections will be conducted in Ward No. I – Chandel-Hasapur, Ward No. IV – Mandrem, Ward No. VII – Piligao, Ward No. III – Latambarcem, Ward No. I – Pilerne Marna, Ward No. VI – Sirsaim, Ward No. II – Salvador Do Mundo, Ward No. I – Candolim, Ward No. VI – Aquem Baixo, Ward No. I – Borim, Ward No. III – Veling Priol, Ward No. III – Bhoma Adcolna, Ward No. VIII – Balli Adnem and Ward No. VIII – Loliem Polem.
