Digital Goa, May 8 – A woman from Culwaddo, Cuncolim, was allegedly cheated of around ₹2 lakh by cyber fraudsters posing as Delhi Police officials and Google Chrome representatives.
Police said the accused threatened her with a fake FIR and arrest warrant, following which she transferred money through multiple online transactions. Further investigation is underway by Cuncolim police.
