Digital Goa, July 1 – Water Resources Department (WRD) has invited e-tenders for strengthening a section of the B/6 distributary of the Right Bank Main Canal (RBMC) of the Interstate Tillari Irrigation Project (TIP) at Torxem village in Pernem taluka. The estimated cost of the work is ₹47.46 lakh. The project involves providing 100 mm thick reinforced cement concrete (RCC) lining to the distributary canal from chainage 0.100 km to 0.440 km under the Fifth Revised Estimate of the Interstate Tillari Irrigation Project – Canal Network in Goa.The work is to be completed within 75 days, excluding the monsoon and irrigation seasons. Incidentally, this is the second call for the tender.
